accessible for everyone, including individuals with disabilities. Through our referral program, we encourage users to refer websites they find non-compliant to help us expand web accessibility.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information when submitting referral links.

Users should conduct a reasonable check, such as testing if a website allows text enlargement, to identify potential non-compliance with WCAG guidelines.

Users shall not misuse the referral program by submitting misleading or fraudulent referrals.

4. Referral Program Terms

Eligibility: To participate in the referral program, you must be at least 18 years old and able to legally enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

Submission of Referrals: Users may submit URLs of websites that appear non-compliant with WCAG standards. ADA Accessibility Sites reserves the right to determine if a site is non-compliant and contact the website owner.

Referral Rewards: If a referred website owner signs up for an ADA Accessibility Sites package, the referring user will earn $100, paid after the owner completes the purchase and complies with payment requirements. Limitations on Referrals: Referrals should be for unique sites. Repeated referrals for the same site or duplicate submissions may not be eligible for rewards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and intellectual property on ADA Accessibility Sites belong to ADA Accessibility Sites and its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ADA Accessibility Sites is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from participating in this program or any inaccuracies in user-submitted information. We make no guarantees regarding the results of using our services or the referral program.
